To coincide with the development phase nearing completion, where we have announced we will be handing over £10.5 million in financial contributions to Broxbourne Borough Council as a result of development within the town. We are also providing financial contributions towards the creation of a 15-hectare new linear park at Rags Brook Park, equivalent to the size of over 21 football pitches, north of Hendricks Green. It promises to provide an exceptional natural park for new and existing residents and will feature a network of cycle and footpaths connecting it to the surrounding areas.
The commitment extends further to the enhancement of local amenities, including improvements to Rosedale Sports Club's facilities, and the allocation of funds for local town centre regeneration projects.
