Redrow South Midlands, which is currently building All Saints Gardens, on Haslingfield Road, has donated £1,000 worth of Christmas presents to the Paediatric Oncology and Haematology Ward at Addenbrooke’s Cambridge University Hospital.
Included in our festive toy packages are arts and craft sets, dinosaur truck playsets, baby dolls, family games, Hot Wheels gift sets, sticker sets, among many other toys.
Molly Hammond, Fundraising Assistant at Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust, said: “This is a fantastic donation from Redrow and will have a huge impact on children spending this Christmas with us. Thank you Redrow for ensuring the children in our care will have plenty of presents to wake up to on Christmas morning – we’re incredibly grateful!”
Andrew Newman, Sales Director for Redrow South Midlands, said: “At Redrow South Midlands, we are always looking for ways to give back and support our community, which is why we are thrilled to be partnering with Addenbrooke’s Cambridge University Hospital to bring some Christmas magic to children sadly having to spend Christmas in hospital.
“We hope this toy donation makes a real difference to those youngsters who won’t be able to spend Christmas at home this year.”
