The local community are invited to stop by, pick up a book, and leave one of their own pre-loved stories behind for someone else to enjoy.
The phone box itself has been lovingly restored by our Redrow South Wales team, after being salvaged from the former college campus on the site where Parc Y Coleg now stands, which was a filming location for the Netflix hit series, Sex Education.
The phone box has now been transformed into a charming book haven, sitting just opposite the sales centre and open for everyone to use. Whether you’re a self-confessed bookworm, or just in the mood for a new read, you’re welcome to take a free book home with you. And if you’ve got a few well-loved stories gathering dust on your shelves, you can pop them into the library or hand them in at the sales centre to keep the collection growing.

The stock levels of the telephone box library at Parc Y Coleg will depend on its popularity and the volume of books donated by the local community, so books are available on a first come first served basis.
