The Awards are one of the most recognised construction industry awards in the sector and recognise the sites that have made the greatest commitment to the Code of Considerate Practice by respecting the community, caring for the environment and valuing their workforce.
In Wales, a Bronze Award went to Site Manager Huw Thomas on behalf of Maes yr Haf at Plasdŵr, Cardiff’s £2 billion garden city. Site Manager Adrian Stone has also collected a Bronze Award for his work at Plas Ty Draw in Lisvane where a superb choice of family homes from the award winning Heritage Collection start at £400,000.
Adrian Stone said: “Both Huw and I are very proud of these awards but it is thanks to the wider team that we continue to build high quality homes, safely and professionally. We take real pride in our work and do our very best to be considerate of our neighbours, communities and environment. It’s one of the main factors that makes Redrow the leading premium homebuilder!”
Zara Barrow is our Group Construction Director. She said: “We’ve built over 120,000 homes over the last 50 years, earning a unique reputation for building premium houses and thriving communities.
“We work hard to have a positive impact on the spaces where people live, work and play and are committed to driving positive change in the construction industry. That’s why we are particularly pleased to have our efforts recognised with these prestigious awards. They are testament to the work that our teams do on site to go the extra mile when creating a better way to live for people to live.”
