Redrow South West has officially opened the doors to two new show homes at its latest development. Polden Orchards, which launched earlier this year, will consist of 120 homes and is expected to welcome its first residents towards the end of the year.
Guests who attended the launch met Bake-Off star, Louise, and were able to taste some of her freshly baked sweet and savoury treats while touring the newly launched The Henley and The Oxford Lifestyle show homes.
Prospective buyers were able to explore both homes and part of our award-winning Heritage and Heritage Lifestyle Collection – known for its distinctive Arts and Crafts exteriors, paired with spacious and modern interiors.
In addition to the stunning exterior design, both show homes embody our commitment to sustainability. Each home is heated by an air-source heat pump, providing a low-carbon alternative to traditional heating systems, efficiently extracting heat from the outside air to warm the home. This results in luxury underfloor heating as standard on the ground floor, and powers traditional radiators upstairs.
The properties are also equipped with eco-friendly features, including EV charging points to future-proof homes for the growing number of electric vehicle owners.
