Work is set to begin at Redrow South West’s 42.7-acre Elm Grove development with planning now officially granted.
Elm Grove will deliver 247 private and affordable new homes, including one, two, three and four-bedroom properties.
Homes will be available from our award-winning Heritage Collection, which has proven popular with homebuyers looking for traditional 1930s charm combined with a contemporary and high-spec interior.
With plans now approved, construction is due to begin at the start of 2025, with the homes proposed to go on sale in summer next year.
Investment of over £1.8M will also be made to the local community as part of the planning agreement, with funds supporting improvements to public transport links, health care and education.
Elm Grove will also feature plenty of green, open spaces and bus stop links.
