You can reserve your new home anywhere at anytime. Once you save your chosen home in your favourites, the 'Reserve online' icon will become available.

Agree the plot

If a plot where online reservation is available, contact your sales consultant to discuss and agree the plot you wish to reserve.

Step Two

Speak to us

You will then have to complete the next steps of online reservation at our Customer Experience Suite or over the phone.

Step Three

Confirm your purchase

Once we have confirmation, we take your home off the market and hold the property for 3 days while you complete the reservation agreement.
