What's the difference between Eco Electric and Eco Now?

While both types of homes offer incredible levels of energy efficiency compared to a second-hand property, the main difference between an Eco Electric and an Eco Now home is the way they're heated. Our Eco Electric homes don't use any gas and are heated by an air source heat pump whereas our Eco Now homes are heated with a highly efficient gas boiler. The majority of our Eco Electric homes also come with underfloor heating on the ground floor as standard.

Our new homes typically have an Energy Certificate Rating (EPC) of B which is higher than the UK average of D. So, moving to an energy-efficient new home by Redrow makes living a low energy life much easier.
