5. The Warwick
The ever-popular Warwick, at 1,075 sq ft, is a classic family home and remains a firm favourite in either its brick or half-brick / render style, each featuring trademark larch lap boarding. Its design underlines the sense of quality and craftsmanship seen throughout, and the layout affords premium use of every inch of space.
A stylish, spacious and superior three-bedroom home, downstairs it has an extensive kitchen/dining area, perfect for hosting as well as a separate lounge and cloakroom. Upstairs the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Valerie and Martin Warner chose a three-bedroom Warwick at The Finches at Hilton Grange.
Valerie said: “The first thing we loved about this house style was the size of the rooms. Our last home had three-bedrooms but the rooms in the Warwick are a much better size. We also really liked the kitchen and dining area, it’s very light and airy which makes all the difference.
Our new home was a “Readymade” property which meant it was complete and ready for us to move in to with a kitchen and other features handpicked by Redrow’s interior design team. Our kitchen is indigo with very special quartz worktops with matching upstands, a matching splashback behind the hob and an under-mounted sink – it’s lovely.”
This modern family home is a great starter home and it’s also ideal if you’re wanting to ‘rightsize’.

Nic and Sarah purchased a Cambridge in Hartford, Cheshire and said: “What we loved about the Cambridge was the kitchen, dining and living area at the back of the home.
