Videos of our new Redrow homes are hugely popular. We have hundreds of films available to view on our YouTube channel and across social media. Watching them is a great way for buyers to discover a better way of living and learn more about every style of new home we offer. This includes our award-winning Heritage Collection and our Heritage Lifestyle homes with fewer but larger bedrooms, each with an en-suite. Our virtual and video tours are the next best thing to visiting a show home in real life and can really help you appreciate the layout in different Redrow house types wherever and whenever you want including from the comfort of your current home even out of hours. 1. The Henley

If you’ve ever wondered why is open plan living so popular, you need to take a look at our guide and view the Henley. It’s an undeniably impressive executive family home and, with a thirty-six foot wide family, dining and kitchen area spanning the width of the property, it’s easy to see why it took the top spot.

Central patio doors lead out to the garden blurring the lines between outdoor and indoor living. This sociable “heart of the home” space is complemented by a relaxing lounge at the front, a utility for household organisation and a downstairs cloakroom for convenience.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms are doubles. Two of the four bedrooms have an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the remaining two bedrooms.

Influencers from The Luxury Home Show toured one of our Henley show homes. The footage has achieved more than two million views across YouTube, YouTube shorts, Instagram and TikTok. The Instagram reel alone has been viewed more than 765,000 times.

On our Facebook page almost 40,000 people viewed the Henley in our “guess the house type” competition.

2. The Leamington Lifestyle

Taking second spot for our “most viewed” on our YouTube channel is the Leamington Lifestyle. A very traditional looking detached home, the Leamington Lifestyle is a deceptively spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home from our Heritage Lifestyle Collection.

It has piqued buyers’ curiosity, with just one video of this Redrow house type racking up more than 150,000 views on YouTube. Reflecting how we’ve created three larger bedrooms within the footprint of a four-bedroom plot, one viewer said “Yes please! Space to breathe!!”

The Leamington Lifestyle is an instantly recognisable, hugely popular new home as the results of our ‘guess the house type’ competition on Facebook show. More than 38,000 people viewed a matterport film and correctly identifying the Leamington Lifestyle.

The open plan kitchen, dining and family room spans the width of this property. The separate lounge provides a quiet haven. There’s also a utility and cloakroom. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite. The magnificent main bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and a huge en-suite with both bath and shower.

3. The Richmond

Designed for family living, the Richmond is an exceptional property and one of the most popular four-bedroom Redrow homes. Buyers love the kitchen at the heart of this home, flanked by a dining area to one side, and family room to the other. The separate lounge is at the front, with feature bay window.

It’s one of our most popular homes on social media. The Richmond went viral on TikTok with 440,000+ video views. Feedback on the film includes “Wow! A proper house. I usually dislike new builds but these are lovely” and how followers “love the traditional look”.

Over on Instagram a tour of the ground floor of this Redrow house by one of the sales team has been viewed an incredible 115,000 times. Around 2,000 people have liked this video. Comments on the film include “my dream home” and “what a beautifully detailed house, I love the layout”.

In this Redrow home, two of the bedrooms have en-suites, leaving the family bathroom to serve the other two.

A separate Instagram reel shows the upstairs layout of the Richmond. This video has been viewed almost 27,000 times, leading to comments including “classy”, “the dream” and “…always love a Redrow home ☺️”

4. The Blenheim

Named after Blenheim Palace, this regal sounding home has been viewed almost 90,000 times on our Facebook page making it the best Redrow house (or at least the most viewed!) with five bedrooms.

Almost palatial in proportion, this double fronted, detached home has an attractive arched main entrance that makes a majestic first impression.

On one side of the hallway is the lounge. A dedicated dining room is on the opposite side. Bay windows to both rooms offer lots of natural light. The open plan kitchen, dining and family room spans the width of the property. Bi-fold doors open out from this sociable space onto the garden. A separate door from the garden to the large utility room keeps gardening boots and bikes out of the main living areas.

All five bedrooms are doubles. Both the main and second bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with the main suite also boasting a walk-in wardrobe.

Included in our 12 homes of Redrow feature , comments on the video included “absolutely stunning house!!” and “Wow, awesome home. I love it. Decor - layout and all.” Another Facebook follower added: “Fantastic house and the #bootroom ❤️”. Others simply described it as “stunning” or “beautiful”, with another person adding “I would love that 😍”.

5. The Oxford Lifestyle

Taking the number final spot is the Oxford Lifestyle, a firm favourite with our homeowners and social media followers.

A two-part tour of this house type on Instagram has been viewed 57,000 times and more than 10,000 times on TikTok. Comments on part one of the tour include “Stunning! What a great tour 😍” and “Such a beautiful home as expected from @redrowhomes”, with one follower adding: “I absolutely love walking in through the front door and seeing the home for the first time so exciting 👏👏👏👏”

The double height bay window in the Oxford Lifestyle offers lots of natural light into the living room at the front of the property and the main bedroom, which sits above.

The kitchen/dining area is the heart of the home, perfect for spending quality time together. A separate utility provides a dedicated space for the washer and dryer. There’s also a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite. The main bedroom boasts a double walk in wardrobe, plus en-suite with bath and shower.
