The £5,000 donation has sponsored eight new computers, each of which will have a plaque in honour of the donation. The computer suite supports schoolchildren aged five through 11 throughout the year with their education. The children will be taught how to use various online programmes and use the computers for research for history, geography, English and maths classes.
Chapel Hill Primary School opened its doors at our Westley Green development in September 2024 and is part of the ‘Outstanding’ Lee Chapel family of schools. The school has a philosophy of providing a broad, exciting and engaging curriculum for all their students. By focusing on creating a purposeful and happy atmosphere in all of their classrooms, the school helps pupils to become independent, creative and confident.
Mrs Jackson, Head Teacher at Chapel Hill Primary School, expressed her gratitude for the donation: “We’re so excited to have the new computers up and running! Having access to computers means that our pupils can be supported with their studies and expand their computer-based skills for the future.
