The list, drawn up in association with Knight Frank, details the 300 best places to live in 2025.
Reasons why the Cheshire town has been featured include its independent restaurants and pubs, parkland and historic architecture and the Roman walls, food scene and vibrant culture of Chester are behind the reasons why the city is one of the best places to live.
Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW, said: “It’s no surprise Knutsford has been included as one of the best places to live. There’s countless independent restaurants and shops and it has Tatton Park on the doorstep for people who enjoy spending time outside. It’s a very desirable place to call home.
“Chester is famous for its cobbled streets, the Chester Rows and its vast array of shops and restaurants – it’s a great place to be.”
We are currently building homes at Tabley Park which is located a short walk from Knutsford town centre. Combining a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, it is also home to some of our most luxurious homes. Tabley Park will eventually feature allotments, a community orchard, children’s play areas and over 15 acres of open space.
We are currently building homes at Kings Moat Garden Village which is located just a short drive outside Chester city centre. Combining a range of three and four-bedroom properties across two phases, Roman Green and Emperor Park, the garden village will also feature allotments, a community orchard, children’s play areas and over 15 acres of open space.
