Six members of Redrow’s North West division, based in Daresbury, took part in the National Three Peaks Challenging tackling the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) – within 24 hours. Ian Robertson and Max Smith, from Liverpool, Will Staton, from Winsford, Jack Williamson, from Warrington, and Kieran Bate and Mike Kimberley from Wigan took on the challenge to raise much needed funds for the division’s chosen charity – Claire House Children’s Hospice.
The team were supported and driven between the peaks by Redrow NW’s sales director Anna Evans-Kerr and strategic land director Paul Murray.
“The team did brilliantly and completed the whole challenge in under 24 hours, with the final group reaching the finish line in 23 hours and 26 minutes,” said Anna.
“A three-hour detour due to a road closure in Scotland meant the team descended Ben Nevis in the dark, which was no mean feat. But they overcame every challenge with sheer determination."

Claire House Children’s Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children and has two sites, one on the Wirral and the other in Liverpool. The specialist team provides day-care, complementary therapies, clinics, counselling and play and music sessions.
