Sian joined Redrow in January 2005 having previously worked for local estate agents MGY. 20 years on and she has worked across most of our new home developments in South Wales and estimates that she has sold over 200 homes to customers ranging from first-time buyers and growing families to those downsizing to prepare for retirement.
As an experienced passionate member of our sales team, Sian has now been awarded Sales Consultant of the Year alongside colleague James Lewis who has been named Customer Service Employee of the Year for South Wales.
James is 26 years old and joined Redrow on an apprenticeship programme in 2021. He was previously a self-employed painter and decorator.
Our Sales Director in South Wales is Beverley Wookey. She said: “Sian is a loyal and hardworking member of our team who has a wealth of experience, working with customers to deliver the great experience that Redrow is known for. 20 years-service is a massive achievement and we’re delighted that she still loves her job so much.
“James has only been with us for a few years, but he has achieved so much on his apprenticeship and is a real credit to our customer service team. He is a great example of how apprenticeships benefit both the individual and the employer alike.
“Both Sian and James are real team players and an absolute pleasure to work with. I thank them both for all their hard work and commitment.”
