The event brought together families and friends for an evening in support of Bramley School and its students. Guests enjoyed a torchlit parade before the lighting of the bonfire and a dazzling fireworks display, as well as refreshments from food stalls and torch sales, with all proceeds going toward updating the school’s playground facilities.
Christine Delve, Treasurer at the Bramley School Association, said: “We are incredibly thankful to Redrow for its donation, which played a vital role in making this year’s event a reality. Redrow’s support helped us to bring the community together for a memorable night while raising funds.”
The night raised a remarkable £13,625 which all will directly benefit the school’s initiative to update and replace playground equipment.
Mark Vanson, Sales Director at Redrow Southern Counties, added: “We’re proud to support events like the Bramley Bonfire, a truly special event that brings the community together year after year. It’s an honour to contribute to the school’s playground project and help the community! At Redrow, we believe in investing in the communities where we build, and it was wonderful to see the joy and unity this event brought to Bramley.”
