Redrow throw open the doors in Nantwich

4th June 2024
Redrow News - Kingsbourne Open House

An ‘Open House Event’ will be held next weekend, with experts on hand to offer advice to potential homebuyers.

Work is currently underway on the final phase at Kingsbourne, which started in 2018. The development will feature 324 Redrow homes in total.

We will be opening the doors to a number of ‘Readymade’ Kenilworth properties for the public to tour around on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9, from 10am – 5.30pm.

A team of our property experts and a financial advisor will be in attendance to offer advice on everything from selling an existing property to securing a mortgage.

‘The Readymade’ four bedroom Kenilworth is energy efficient, with a high specification interior chosen by our designers and a host of extras included worth £16,000.

Spread across three floors, The Kenilworth boasts an open plan kitchen/dining room, a separate lounge cloakroom and laundry on the ground floor. On the first floor are three good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom.

The top floor has a magnificent bedroom suite, complete with its own en-suite. Prices currently start from £335,000.

“While buying off plan is so much easier today, with virtual reality tours helping buyers to visual their future home, sometimes nothing beats seeing the real thing and that is what our open house weekend offers,” said Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW.

“Not only have we got a great team of experts on hand for the open house weekend, but we are also offering a host of extras to potential homebuyers including full stamp duty paid.”

The wider development will eventually see over 1,000 properties built by a consortium of developers. The open space, play areas, multi-use games area, new road and major infrastructure, alongside proposed commercial elements of the development, are all part of the consortium works. Within the masterplan for Kingsbourne, there is also an allocation for a new school site and a new community / commercial hub, which will potentially include new shops and services, subject to planning.

Those attending the event who have an existing property can ask the team about the Help to Sell incentive, which could pave the way for a faster move. We will take all the hassle out of selling and even contribute towards estate agents’ fees.

Our contributions outlined as part of the planning consent’s section 106 agreements total around £2.75 million. This includes money for local primary education, highways improvements and public realm plus provision for Acton Village.
